Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in property, vacation ownership, or hotel management
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Knowledge of HOA standards and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform audits and inspections
  • Experience managing budgets and financial reports

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of property, vacation ownership, or hotel management experience with mixed discipline
  • Proven strong leadership ability
  • Understanding of management approaches including work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action
  • Working knowledge of Housekeeping, Front Desk, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage departments
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of HOA standards, governing statutes, and board meeting procedures

Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager in resort operations management
  • Oversee daily operation of resort departments including Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Maintenance
  • Maintain Wyndham Destinations service standards
  • Manage financial aspects including budgeting and expense analysis
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure quality and loss prevention
  • Develop and implement process improvements and best practices
  • Engage, coach, train, and retain resort staff
  • Partner with Human Resources to address employee relations
  • Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial reports
  • Maintain strong relationships with guests, associates, vendors, sales teams, and board members
