Job Duties
- Manage overall restaurant operations
- build sales and manage profit and loss
- prepare financial projections
- hire and train management and hourly staff
- ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- monitor adherence to company, state, and federal regulations
- maintain cleanliness and oversee repair and maintenance of building and equipment
- communicate and enforce company policies
- stand in for General Manager as needed
