Job Requirements
- minimum education requirement - bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- minimum management experience - 3 years
- minimum functional experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc
Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 3 years management experience in hospitality within a luxury lounge or high-end hotel
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proven leadership skills with ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
- deep understanding of service principles
- ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication skills
- passion for high-level customer service
- attention to detail and maintaining high standards in a luxury setting
Job Duties
- support the day-to-day operations of a premium luxury airport lounge to include food and beverage, facilities, wellness, concierge services and other amenities
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- develop and maintain client, customer, and guest relationships
- motivate, coach, mentor and develop managers, frontline (hourly) staff
- ensure Sodexo standards are met and provide an exceptional guest experience to passengers
