Job Requirements

- must be 21 years of age or older
- 2+ years of prior relevant experience required
- previous experience as Assistant General Manager in a high-volume, luxury, or fine-dining restaurant preferred
- previous experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement preferred

Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, fiscal budgets, labor productivity, scheduling, inventory control, guest service standards, and execution of marketing strategies to produce short-term profitability
- assist General Manager with managing human resources responsibilities including coaching, counseling, hiring, training, and succession planning
- interact with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints
- manage restaurant's guest feedback channels following company protocols
- collaborate with culinary team to deliver seamless service
- enforce policies, operating procedures, training programs, menus, rules, and regulations for restaurant staff
- maintain high standards of health, sanitation, and cleanliness
- ensure completion of compliance training by restaurant staff
- maintain excellent knowledge of food and beverage products, menu items, and equipment
