Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years restaurant or retail management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Successful completion of background check
- Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
- Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred
- Ability to travel between units

- Experience managing departments such as Greeter/Cashier, Hospitality, Bar and HOH for at least three periods each
Job Duties
- Assist General Manager with overall restaurant staffing planning
- Assist other managers with hiring decisions for all departments
- Conduct informative, focused weekly manager meetings in partnership with General Manager
- Create, develop and implement incentive programs and contests in conjunction with assigned Department Managers
- Actively motivate Team Members to participate in all company promotions and incentives
- Provide regular performance feedback and recognition including timely performance appraisals
- Assist General Manager with coaching managers on effective performance management
- Assist with ongoing performance management and development of assigned Department Managers
- Actively look for and identify techniques to attract new guests
- Manage the restaurant's Guest Comment program ensuring timely handling of complaints
- Facilitate and ensure adherence to new food product rollouts
- Ensure assigned Department Managers meet or exceed company standards for quality, recipe adherence and portioning
- Communicate areas of opportunity to Department Managers
- Teach, coach and direct managers and Team Members on quality, service and cleanliness standards
- Analyze restaurant performance measurement tools and troubleshoot problem areas
- Create and implement action plans with Department Managers and ensure follow up
- Conduct administrative manager functions such as entering invoices, inventory, end of day procedures
- Monitor repair and maintenance and manage preventative maintenance program
- Hold Department Managers accountable for costs directly associated with their departments
- Maintain proper inventory levels on all food and paper products
- Participate in departmental meetings and assist with communicating successes, new procedures and areas of opportunity
- Establish daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly projections
- Understand the P&L statement and create action plans for problem areas
- Assist General Manager in the creation and development of the annual restaurant budget
- Teach Department Managers to meet or exceed budgeted profit goals and troubleshoot problem areas
- Complete all other assigned duties or tasks as directed
