Job Requirements
- Completion of high school education or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Satisfactory background check
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
- Experience managing each department including Greeter/Cashier, Hospitality, Bar, and HOH for minimum of three periods each

Job Duties
- Assist General Manager with overall restaurant staffing planning
- Assist other managers with hiring decisions for all departments
- Conduct informative, focused weekly manager meetings in partnership with the General Manager
- Create, develop and implement incentive programs and contests with assigned Department Managers
- Motivate Team Members to participate in company promotions and incentives
- Provide regular performance feedback and recognition to assigned Department Managers and all Team Members
- Handle the restaurant's Guest Comment program and ensure timely resolution of all guest complaints
- Facilitate adherence to new food product rollouts and ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate areas of opportunity to assigned Department Managers
- Analyze restaurant performance metrics and implement action plans
- Conduct administrative manager functions including invoices and inventory
- Monitor repair and maintenance and manage preventative maintenance programs
- Hold assigned Department Managers accountable for departmental costs
- Maintain proper inventory levels
- Participate in departmental meetings and assist communication efforts
- Establish sales and profit projections
- Understand P&L statements and create action plans
- Assist in annual budget creation and development
- Teach Department Managers to meet or exceed profit goals
- Complete all other assigned duties or tasks
