Job Requirements

  • Completion of high school education or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Satisfactory background check
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
  • Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience
  • Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
  • Experience managing each restaurant department for at least three periods each
  • Ability to travel between units
  • Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environments

Job Qualifications

  • Completion of Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program
  • Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience
  • Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical computations
  • Proven track record managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and enforce company policies
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
  • Experience working with performance management and incentive programs

Job Duties

  • Assist General Manager with restaurant staffing planning
  • Assist other managers with hiring decisions
  • Conduct weekly manager meetings
  • Develop and implement incentive programs
  • Motivate team members to participate in promotions
  • Provide performance feedback and appraisals
  • Coach managers on performance management
  • Oversee guest comment program and handle guest complaints
  • Ensure adherence to food quality and recipe standards
  • Analyze restaurant performance tools and create action plans
  • Conduct administrative manager functions like invoice entry and inventory
  • Manage repair and maintenance programs
  • Hold department managers accountable for costs
  • Maintain proper inventory levels
  • Participate in departmental meetings
  • Establish sales projections and budget plans
  • Teach department managers to meet profit goals
  • Complete other assigned duties
