Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree required
- 3-6 years of management experience in a customer-facing, professional setting
- Legal right to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Train and supervise the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Manager on Duty managers while assisting the General Manager with delegated projects and responsibilities
- Manage multiple aspects of inventory control, payroll budget, daily bank deposits, shift coverage, and general club maintenance
- Educate staff on proper company policies and procedures
- Ensure smooth and efficient operational procedures across all departments
- Provide the highest level of customer service to club members
- Support and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
- Oversee staff hiring, training, and performance management
