Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree required
  • 3-6 years of management experience in a customer-facing, professional setting
  • Legal right to work in the United States
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated financial management experience

Job Duties

  • Train and supervise the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Manager on Duty managers while assisting the General Manager with delegated projects and responsibilities
  • Manage multiple aspects of inventory control, payroll budget, daily bank deposits, shift coverage, and general club maintenance
  • Educate staff on proper company policies and procedures
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operational procedures across all departments
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to club members
  • Support and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Oversee staff hiring, training, and performance management
