Job Requirements
- Legal right to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent minimum
- 3-6 years of management experience in customer service
- Strong knowledge of fitness industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership experience
- Financial management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and supervise staff

- Financial management experience
- Four-year college degree required
Job Duties
- Train and supervise the Front Desk, Housekeeping and M.O.D managers
- Help the General Manager facilitate delegated projects and responsibilities
- Manage inventory control, payroll budget, daily bank deposits, shift coverage, and club maintenance
- Educate staff on company policies and procedures
- Ensure smooth and efficient operational procedures within all departments
- Drive the highest level of customer service
- Oversee the implementation of operational standards
