Job Requirements

  • Legal right to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or equivalent minimum
  • 3-6 years of management experience in customer service
  • Strong knowledge of fitness industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Financial management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and supervise staff

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership ability in educational, fitness, or professional settings
  • 3-6 years of management experience in a customer service business
  • Enthusiastic and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to drive revenue
  • Experience in hiring, directing, and training staff
  • Excellent time management and follow-up skills
  • Financial management experience
  • Four-year college degree required

Job Duties

  • Train and supervise the Front Desk, Housekeeping and M.O.D managers
  • Help the General Manager facilitate delegated projects and responsibilities
  • Manage inventory control, payroll budget, daily bank deposits, shift coverage, and club maintenance
  • Educate staff on company policies and procedures
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operational procedures within all departments
  • Drive the highest level of customer service
  • Oversee the implementation of operational standards
