Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food service or hospitality industry
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand and move throughout shift
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant or retail management preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Proficient in cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to provide constructive feedback
- Basic administrative and reporting skills
Job Duties
- Support Restaurant General Manager by managing work shifts
- Complete administrative duties and reports
- Provide leadership in RGM absence
- Ensure Team Members, Trainers, Shift Leads complete assigned duties
- Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner
- Assist with facility maintenance
- Find, hire, and develop Team Members and Shift Leads
- Ensure health and safety standards are met
- Solve customer complaints quickly and positively
- Provide feedback to team members
- Follow cash, security, inventory and labor policies
