Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of leadership experience
- Previous restaurant general manager experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in high volume drive-thru operations
- Valid driver's license
- Valid food handler’s permit
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant activities
- Support and lead the crew to excel in their roles
- Train, coach, and guide employees while maintaining high energy
- Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve concerns
- Maintain food safety standards and cleanliness
- Manage labor, budgets, and cash deposits efficiently
