Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in dining room management, service, and sanitation
- one year of dietetics experience may be substituted
- current Serv-Safe certification or state-specific equivalent
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in dining room management, service, and sanitation or dietetics experience up to 1 year
- current Serv-Safe certification or state-specific equivalent
- proven ability to supervise multiple venues and manage large teams
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
Job Duties
- Oversee the scheduling, training, hiring, coaching, and development of employees in the restaurant, café, and supervisory positions
- ensure food is properly portioned and plates are attractively presented
- supervise cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, kitchen, storage areas, and loading dock
- ensure dining staff comply with safety regulations and company policies
- participate in programs and activities to enhance employee and resident satisfaction
