Job Requirements
- 1-3 years previous hotel GM experience required
- hotel or restaurant degree or equivalent experience required
- experience in seasonal hotel operations or concessions preferred
- excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills required
- strong work ethic and commitment to the team and guest
- ability to work solo or as part of a team
- commitment to Safety First and highest cleaning and sanitizing standards

Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of operations at a historic lodge or hotel
- ensure safety and protection of property, guests, and team members
- communicate frequently with VP and other central service areas
- oversee all aspects of staff accommodation including vacancies, roster, and cleaning
- lead weekly manager meetings
- ensure managers have all necessary items to operate effectively and efficiently
- keep record of potential safety and maintenance issues and ensure they are dealt with
- offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed
- be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
