Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of salaried restaurant management experience
  • experience in fast casual or full service restaurant environments
  • strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
  • capability to identify and solve operational problems
  • proficiency in budget management and cost controls
  • ability to work up to 55 hours per week
  • willingness to work weekday and weekend day shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of salaried restaurant manager experience with a fast casual or full service concept
  • highly motivated, self-directed and results-oriented, with proven ability to solve complex problems
  • outstanding skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development
  • able to identify opportunity areas and create plans for action
  • proven track record in managing a budget and cost controls to optimize profits and ensure success

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experience
  • lead and develop the restaurant team with effective communication and training
  • oversee financial performance by managing budgets and controlling costs
  • identify operational challenges and implement strategic solutions
  • maintain adherence to company policies and health and safety regulations
  • support recruitment and retention initiatives to build a strong workforce
  • collaborate with management and ownership to execute growth plans
