Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of salaried restaurant management experience
- experience in fast casual or full service restaurant environments
- strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- capability to identify and solve operational problems
- proficiency in budget management and cost controls
- ability to work up to 55 hours per week
- willingness to work weekday and weekend day shifts
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of salaried restaurant manager experience with a fast casual or full service concept
- highly motivated, self-directed and results-oriented, with proven ability to solve complex problems
- outstanding skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development
- able to identify opportunity areas and create plans for action
- proven track record in managing a budget and cost controls to optimize profits and ensure success
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experience
- lead and develop the restaurant team with effective communication and training
- oversee financial performance by managing budgets and controlling costs
- identify operational challenges and implement strategic solutions
- maintain adherence to company policies and health and safety regulations
- support recruitment and retention initiatives to build a strong workforce
