Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Prefer bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience preferred
  • Must obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days if not already certified
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work up to 55 hours per week
  • Able to stand or walk for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds
  • Tolerate variable temperature conditions and frequent hand immersion in cleaning solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
  • Reviewing applications, interviewing, and making recommendations to hire hourly employees
  • Carefully observe kitchen operations and address issues promptly and directly
  • Direct work for employees including setting hours, weekly schedules, and assigning tasks
  • Drive sales and guest satisfaction while managing food costs, inventory levels, and utility usage
  • Ensure food quality by maintaining cleanliness, organization, storage, and sanitation of food products
  • Provide, direct, and schedule Front of House and Back of House training to keep team members knowledgeable
  • Supervise and oversee food and beverage production consistent with recipes and procedures
  • Enforce security measures to maintain employee and guest safety
  • Manage inventories of food, supplies, and liquor through weekly counts
  • Adhere to company policies and federal wage and hour regulations
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained in good repair
  • Utilize digital manager logbook to communicate shift notes, product needs, equipment repairs, and staffing
  • Execute new initiatives including product and menu rollouts
  • Maintain valid food safety certificate and local compliance certifications
