Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in food service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Commitment to compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Job Qualifications
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety certification
- Experience in restaurant management or similar fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Knowledge of food safety and health department regulations
- Familiarity with human resources and labor laws
- Ability to manage budgets and control expenses
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations and staff
- Participate in interviewing, selecting, and training Shift Managers and Crew Members
- Enforce food safety procedures and health regulations
- Monitor and manage food, labor, and operational costs
- Ensure cash, property, product, and equipment control policies are followed
- Maintain safe work environment and execute preventive maintenance
- Support achievement of sales goals and execution of marketing programs
