Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in food service preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant management or similar fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to train and develop team members
  • Knowledge of food safety and health department regulations
  • Familiarity with human resources and labor laws
  • Ability to manage budgets and control expenses

Job Duties

  • Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations and staff
  • Participate in interviewing, selecting, and training Shift Managers and Crew Members
  • Enforce food safety procedures and health regulations
  • Monitor and manage food, labor, and operational costs
  • Ensure cash, property, product, and equipment control policies are followed
  • Maintain safe work environment and execute preventive maintenance
  • Support achievement of sales goals and execution of marketing programs
