Job Requirements
- associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- minimum one year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- ability to work a minimum 50-hour workweek including various shifts
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting 25-50 pounds
- effective communication and teamwork skills
- ability to handle fast-paced environment and multitask
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety certification as required
- knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
- ability to apply company policies and procedures
- proactive problem-solving skills
- readiness to travel between locations as business needs require

Job Duties
- assist the General Manager in daily operations management
- ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations
- train, mentor, and develop Shift Managers and Crew Members
- manage food safety and sanitation standards
- participate in sales goal achievement and marketing efforts
- control food, labor, and operational costs
- oversee cash, inventory, and equipment management
- maintain safe working conditions and execute preventive maintenance
- uphold quality, service, cleanliness, and customer courtesy standards
- manage human resources functions including recruitment, orientation, and retention
- execute company policies during assigned shifts
- handle performance issues and provide coaching
- ensure compliance with employment laws
- develop and implement store plans and priorities
- perform additional job-related duties as assigned
