Job Requirements

  • associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • minimum one year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
  • ability to work a minimum 50-hour workweek including various shifts
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting 25-50 pounds
  • effective communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to handle fast-paced environment and multitask
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety certification as required
  • knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • ability to apply company policies and procedures
  • proactive problem-solving skills
  • readiness to travel between locations as business needs require

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • assist the General Manager in daily operations management
  • ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations
  • train, mentor, and develop Shift Managers and Crew Members
  • manage food safety and sanitation standards
  • participate in sales goal achievement and marketing efforts
  • control food, labor, and operational costs
  • oversee cash, inventory, and equipment management
  • maintain safe working conditions and execute preventive maintenance
  • uphold quality, service, cleanliness, and customer courtesy standards
  • manage human resources functions including recruitment, orientation, and retention
  • execute company policies during assigned shifts
  • handle performance issues and provide coaching
  • ensure compliance with employment laws
  • develop and implement store plans and priorities
  • perform additional job-related duties as assigned
