Job Requirements
- Ability to work many different shifts including a minimum 50 hour workweek
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25-50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Ability to effectively react to change and handle assigned tasks
- Must be prompt and reliable
- Ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with store team
- Ability to travel between locations as needed
- ServSafe certification and food safety compliance
- Willingness to comply with all federal, state and local laws and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
- Ability to learn and apply Wendy’s standard operating procedures
- Supervisory and interviewing skills
- Ability to provide effective orientation and training programs
- Completion of corporate training programs including food safety
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
Job Duties
- Assist General Manager in daily operations management
- Execute company policies, procedures, and programs
- Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures
- Work with management team to meet sales goals
- Manage food, labor and other controllable costs
- Execute company policies for cash, property, product and equipment control
- Ensure compliance with safety and preventive maintenance programs
- Maintain quality, service, cleanliness and customer courtesy standards
- Manage human resources programs including recruiting and training
- Develop and execute store plans and priorities
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
