Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in property management or related field
  • proficiency with accounting and bookkeeping practices
  • familiarity with property management software systems
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • ability to communicate effectively with residents and vendors
  • physical ability to perform duties requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds
  • flexible work schedule including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite
  • strong accounting and bookkeeping skills
  • excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • ability to manage financial reporting and reconciliations
  • knowledge of lease agreements and eviction procedures
  • leadership experience is a plus
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Completes daily financial transactions and tasks related to community operations
  • operates property management software accurately and maintains system integrity
  • reviews resident files for unpaid fees and enforces lease compliance
  • processes and submits vendor invoices with appropriate approvals and coding
  • follows established eviction procedures including court representation
  • manages resident move-outs according to lease terms and legal requirements
  • promotes resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service issues promptly
  • acts as on-site supervisor in the Community Manager's absence and coordinates maintenance tasks
  • assists in managing client and owner relationships through communication and community tours
