Job Requirements
- typically requires bachelor’s degree in related discipline
- generally seven plus years of experience in related field

- frequent overnight travel more than 50 percent of the time

Job Duties
- Track industry trends and competitor performance to inform business strategies
- manage Human Resources functions including hiring, training, and supervision of associates
- ensure associates have necessary tools and training for their roles
- coordinate and monitor inventories and facilitate logistical moves
- manage logistical planning for Fleet and Operations
- implement and enforce SOX compliance procedures focusing on safety and general operations
- focus on process and operations consistency to reduce costs and improve performance
- make decisions based on accurate information and fairly represent issues for resolution
