Job Requirements

  • typically requires bachelor’s degree in related discipline
  • generally seven plus years of experience in related field

  • frequent overnight travel more than 50 percent of the time

  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • knowledge of SOX compliance and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Track industry trends and competitor performance to inform business strategies
  • manage Human Resources functions including hiring, training, and supervision of associates
  • ensure associates have necessary tools and training for their roles
  • coordinate and monitor inventories and facilitate logistical moves
  • manage logistical planning for Fleet and Operations
  • implement and enforce SOX compliance procedures focusing on safety and general operations
  • focus on process and operations consistency to reduce costs and improve performance
  • make decisions based on accurate information and fairly represent issues for resolution
