Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 5 years of progressive restaurant experience
- at least 2 years in management roles
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- capability to manage high-pressure situations
- commitment to delivering excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- 5 years of progressive restaurant experience preferred
- 2 years of management experience
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
- ability to train and mentor staff effectively
- proactive problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- lead all aspects of restaurant operations in tandem with or in the absence of the general manager
- lead the team in an open, positive and approachable manner
- control seating of the restaurant and oversee menu changes to maximize revenue and maintain service standards
- anticipate guests' needs and proactively ensure guest satisfaction
- foster an educational environment by training and leading the team
- manage guest relations and resolve any service issues effectively
- contribute to a supportive and ethical work environment
