Job Duties

  • Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management

  • Support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards
  • Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items
  • Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Ensure a memorable guest experience by organizing and training staff in key service areas
  • Partner with restaurant teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
