Job Duties
- Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management

- Support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards
- Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items
- Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Ensure a memorable guest experience by organizing and training staff in key service areas
- Partner with restaurant teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
