Job Duties

  • exemplify the Triple T Hospitality experience by delivering exceptional guest service consistently
  • assist in supervising, coaching, and motivating front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • support execution of opening, mid, and closing procedures
  • help onboard new team members and support ongoing training
  • address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving
  • support scheduling efforts and labor cost control
  • maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning restaurant environment
  • understand and assist in achieving key performance indicators such as sales, labor, and cost goals
