- minimum 3-5 years of high volume full service restaurant management experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- exemplify the Triple T Hospitality experience by delivering exceptional guest service consistently
- assist in supervising, coaching, and motivating front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- support execution of opening, mid, and closing procedures
- help onboard new team members and support ongoing training
- address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards
- assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving
- support scheduling efforts and labor cost control
- maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning restaurant environment
- understand and assist in achieving key performance indicators such as sales, labor, and cost goals
