- knowledge of local area and contacts preferred

- Innflow Accounting experience a plus

Job Duties
- Hire a Front Desk Supervisor and train on all aspects of the hotel
- work a minimum of 50 hours per week and clock all hours via timekeeping tool
- rotate weekends as needed with Front Desk Supervisor and Property Support
- develop and lead a sales program to drive business
- ensure superior guest service and improve quality standards year over year
- maintain property to brand, management company, and ownership standards
- monitor property cleanliness and product quality
- recruit, interview, and train team members fitting the brand
- monitor, evaluate, and improve employee training programs
- develop rewards program for personnel advancement
- control costs to maximize profit
- advise ownership on issues requiring guidance and approval
- generate new and repeat business through sales and marketing
- lead hotel operations including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, service initiatives, balanced scorecard performance, policy compliance, sales and marketing oversight, executive team development, guest inquiry response, and hotel meetings
- ensure guest and team member satisfaction and increase scores
- oversee service quality, operational efficiency, satisfaction, compliance, and financial measurements
- identify and correct operational performance, productivity, and efficiency gaps
- serve as primary liaison with hotel owners and corporate entities
