Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
  • Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
  • Ability to manage and direct others
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Passion for training and developing team members

Job Qualifications

  • Preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, and responsible alcohol service
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties

  • Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and engagement
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
  • Champion training and development of team members
  • Maintain high standards for food safety and responsible alcohol service
  • Drive continuous improvement through leadership and operational excellence
