Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
- Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
- Ability to manage and direct others
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Passion for training and developing team members

Job Duties
- Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations
- Ensure guest satisfaction and engagement
- Monitor compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
- Champion training and development of team members
- Maintain high standards for food safety and responsible alcohol service
- Drive continuous improvement through leadership and operational excellence
