Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 and authorized to work in the United States
  • ability/flexibility to work 45+ hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays

  • 2-3 years restaurant management experience

  • ability to manage and motivate diverse teams

  • develop employee schedules
  • ensure safety and sanitation compliance
  • deliver excellent food and guest hospitality
  • lead by example and mentor team members
  • run the restaurant in the General Manager's absence
