Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related role
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
  • Knowledge of labor laws
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a management or assistant management role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and develop team members effectively
  • Working knowledge of state and federal labor laws
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to quality food and service
  • High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Train, develop, and coach employee performance ensuring systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
  • Assign activities and tasks to other members of the team
  • Identify and develop internal candidates for management opportunities
  • Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
  • Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
  • Hold the team accountable for consistently delivering excellent customer service and food quality
  • Interact with guests and community
