Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management or related role
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Ability to train and develop staff
- Excellent communication skills

- Proven experience in a management or assistant management role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Working knowledge of state and federal labor laws

Job Duties
- Train, develop, and coach employee performance ensuring systems for training employees are fully implemented and followed
- Assign activities and tasks to other members of the team
- Identify and develop internal candidates for management opportunities
- Comply with all state and federal labor laws and regulations
- Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
- Hold the team accountable for consistently delivering excellent customer service and food quality
- Interact with guests and community
