Job Requirements

  • One year certificate from college or technical school
  • three to six months related experience and/or training
  • Serve-Safe certified
  • attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
  • ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • effective spoken communication
  • basic mathematical skills
  • problem-solving ability

  • Assist the General Manager in managing operations and staff
  • execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
  • participate in achieving store objectives
  • ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws
  • uphold ethical business practices
  • oversee crew orientation and training programs
  • maintain quality standards in customer service
