- One year certificate from college or technical school
- three to six months related experience and/or training
- Serve-Safe certified
- attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- effective spoken communication
- basic mathematical skills
- problem-solving ability

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in managing operations and staff
- execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- participate in achieving store objectives
- ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws
