Job Requirements

  • Must be able to pass background check
  • Management background in food and beverage
  • Strong kitchen and grill experience
  • Must have reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • Capable of working in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Capable of reaching, bending, and frequently lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Some weekend days are required as well as mornings and evenings

Job Duties

  • Partner with the GM to lead a rock star team
  • Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Assist in scheduling staff in their work assignments
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor and ensure food quality and service standards are met
  • Verify temperatures, judge appearance and taste of products, check preparation methods to define quality
  • Minimize loss and misuse
  • Ensure safe, responsible and legal serving of all alcoholic beverages
  • Maintain equipment according to the restaurant safety and preventive maintenance program
  • Maintain stock levels by calculating inventory, ordering, retrieving supplies and stocking
