Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass background check
- Management background in food and beverage
- Strong kitchen and grill experience
- Must have reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- Capable of working in a standing position for long periods of time
- Capable of reaching, bending, and frequently lifting up to 50 pounds
- Some weekend days are required as well as mornings and evenings
Job Duties
- Partner with the GM to lead a rock star team
- Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Assist in scheduling staff in their work assignments
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and ensure food quality and service standards are met
- Verify temperatures, judge appearance and taste of products, check preparation methods to define quality
- Minimize loss and misuse
- Ensure safe, responsible and legal serving of all alcoholic beverages
- Maintain equipment according to the restaurant safety and preventive maintenance program
- Maintain stock levels by calculating inventory, ordering, retrieving supplies and stocking
