Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of experience in quick service restaurant or retail management
  • strong leadership and organizational skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to motivate and manage a team
  • basic knowledge of food safety standards
  • flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to lift or push items over 30 lbs
  • willingness to perform duties in absence of general manager
  • commitment to following company policies and procedures
