Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus at least one year of related Assistant General Manager experience
  • or high school diploma or equivalent plus at least three years of related experience
  • Proficiency with hotel information systems
  • Strong computer skills including email communication and data manipulation
  • Ability to quickly learn and execute accounts receivable and payable
  • Knowledge of HR processes and new hire onboarding
  • Experience in operations management within select service or extended stay properties

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least one year of related Assistant General Manager experience or three years of related experience with high school diploma
  • Proficiency in hotel information systems including Opera and M3
  • Strong computer skills for effective communication and data analysis
  • Solid operations management experience within select service or extended stay property
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

Job Duties

  • Provide strong operational leadership and manage with excellent customer service philosophies
  • Support the General Manager in maintaining and advancing Hotel Brand Standards to improve Guest Satisfaction Scores
  • Execute accounts receivable and payable duties within the first 30 days
  • Participate actively in HR processes including new hire onboarding
  • Develop and implement staff optimization plans to align team members with their mission and enhance service delivery
  • Collaborate effectively with Hotel General Manager, key hotel leaders, corporate staff, and ownership groups
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution in a fast-paced environment
