Job Requirements

  • control cash receipts and cash handling procedures
  • count money and make bank deposits
  • investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality service or accommodations
  • coordinate assignments of cooking personnel for economical use of food and timely preparation
  • verify correct unit count and condition of received products and deliveries
  • review financial sales and performance data to measure productivity and identify improvements
  • schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries checking quality and quantity
  • monitor budgets payroll and financial transactions for authorized expenditures
  • maintain food and equipment inventories and records
  • schedule staff hours and assign duties
  • establish performance standards for personnel and customer service
  • perform food preparation or service tasks as needed
  • develop weekly planner for management consistency and development
  • keep sanitation and subsidy records required by government agencies
