Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or similar environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Dedication to upholding company values and standards
  • Willingness to support and develop team members

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in restaurant or food service management
  • Strong knowledge of operational and business management
  • Ability to train and develop staff effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of health, safety, and labor regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in managing a fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Help run a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
  • Understand the right way to do business and help the team act accordingly
  • Assist with building bench strength by developing successful Crew and Shift Supervisors
  • Maintain a team atmosphere
  • Assist the General Manager in maintaining daily operations and staff of the restaurant
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
  • Participate in creating and maintaining an environment and culture of engaged employees
