- Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or similar environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality

- Proven leadership experience in restaurant or food service management
- Strong knowledge of operational and business management

- Previous experience in managing a fast-paced restaurant environment
Job Duties
- Help run a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards
- Understand the right way to do business and help the team act accordingly
- Assist with building bench strength by developing successful Crew and Shift Supervisors
- Maintain a team atmosphere
- Assist the General Manager in maintaining daily operations and staff of the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
- Participate in creating and maintaining an environment and culture of engaged employees
