Job Duties
- promote and act in line with the mission of Big City Wings
- delegate work effectively and manage timelines
- ensure compliance with restaurant policies and training requirements
- monitor compliance with health and fire regulations
- achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, cleanliness and sanitation through employee training and environment management
- monitor food preparation methods and presentation
- ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, alcohol sales and labor regulations
- control cash and receipts following cash handling procedures
- count money and make bank deposits
- investigate and resolve complaints about food quality or service
- coordinate cooking personnel assignments for efficiency
- ensure correct receipt and condition of products
- review financial and sales reports to measure productivity and identify improvements
- schedule and check food and beverage deliveries
- monitor budgets and payroll
- maintain inventory records
- schedule staff and assign duties
- establish performance standards for personnel and customer service
- perform food preparation or service tasks as needed
- develop weekly management plans
- maintain sanitation and food subsidy records
- test food for quality
- organize training programs and manage personnel issues
- enforce company policies and handle corrective actions
- strive to develop staff professionally
- order and purchase supplies
