Job Requirements

  • Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
  • Capability to work in noisy, fast-paced environments
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and move around the facility
  • Ability to read and write handwritten notes
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification if not already certified

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality sectors such as theme parks, family entertainment centers, hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants is a must
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred
  • Proven ability to be a brand ambassador and culture champion
  • Strong record in developing team members
  • Professional, energetic, self-motivated, and positive attitude
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Consistent demonstration of professional grooming and conduct
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to engage enthusiastically
  • Adaptable and flexible with enthusiasm for the business
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Effective relationship-building skills with employees, management, and vendors
  • Sound judgment in decision-making
  • Appreciation of diversity (thought, ethnic, gender, etc.)
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Motivate and cultivate a team environment that delivers exceptional customer service
  • Assist in hiring, retention, coaching, discipline, and execution of staff training programs
  • Develop weekly schedules ensuring appropriate staffing and lead coverage
  • Lead and influence staff through motivation leveraging individual strengths
  • Select and develop staff and trainers for leadership roles
  • Execute all employee recognition and incentive programs
  • Assist with inventory management and expense control
  • Oversee all aspects of operations including entertainment, food, beverage, attractions, and property inspections
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment
  • Continuously improve operational execution following Urban Air standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
