Job Requirements
- Ability to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required
- Capability to work in noisy, fast-paced environments
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and move around the facility
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Regular and predictable attendance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification if not already certified
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality sectors such as theme parks, family entertainment centers, hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants is a must
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience
- Ability to pass a thorough background check
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Proven ability to be a brand ambassador and culture champion
- Strong record in developing team members
- Professional, energetic, self-motivated, and positive attitude
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Consistent demonstration of professional grooming and conduct
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to engage enthusiastically
- Adaptable and flexible with enthusiasm for the business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Effective relationship-building skills with employees, management, and vendors
- Sound judgment in decision-making
- Appreciation of diversity (thought, ethnic, gender, etc.)
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Job Duties
- Motivate and cultivate a team environment that delivers exceptional customer service
- Assist in hiring, retention, coaching, discipline, and execution of staff training programs
- Develop weekly schedules ensuring appropriate staffing and lead coverage
- Lead and influence staff through motivation leveraging individual strengths
- Select and develop staff and trainers for leadership roles
- Execute all employee recognition and incentive programs
- Assist with inventory management and expense control
- Oversee all aspects of operations including entertainment, food, beverage, attractions, and property inspections
- Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment
- Continuously improve operational execution following Urban Air standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
