- previous experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant environment
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- support the restaurant general manager by managing great work shifts and completing administrative duties
- provide leadership in the absence of the restaurant general manager to maintain operational standards
- oversee team members, team member trainers, and shift leads to ensure completion of assigned duties
- ensure safe and quality food service in a friendly manner
- assist with facility maintenance
- assist in finding, hiring, and developing team members and shift leads
- ensure health and safety standards are met
- resolve customer complaints quickly and positively
- provide feedback to team members
- follow cash, security, inventory, and labor policies and procedures
- read and understand reports and respond to operational issues
