Job Requirements

  • Associate degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality
  • Previous hotel brand experience is a plus
  • Consistent attendance and adherence to company standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead multiple departments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with property management systems and Microsoft Office

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and front desk departments
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards while maintaining company culture
  • Lead with integrity, empathy, and accountability
  • Build a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and empowerment
  • Partner with the General Manager to set and communicate clear goals and expectations
  • Lead by example to create an appreciative and inspired workplace
  • Monitor and optimize property performance metrics including labor and expense controls
  • Support strategic business plans to drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction
  • Engage with clients and community partners to support sales and marketing efforts
  • Recruit, hire, and train top talent with a focus on culture fit and growth potential
  • Conduct regular department meetings to align teams and celebrate successes
  • Motivate and retain team members through recognition and development
  • Manage employee relations with fairness and a solution-focused mindset
  • Respond to guest and employee feedback with professionalism and care
  • Be visible and engaged with guests to build relationships and ensure memorable experiences
