Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management
- Strong leadership skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office

- Availability to act as manager on duty when needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy
- Previous experience with full-service hotels and related systems preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Collaborate with the General Manager and department managers to achieve company and hotel goals
- Oversee all hotel departments ensuring operational excellence and commitment to Virtelle's culture
- Contribute creative approaches to achieving common goals through teamwork
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance for all department members
- Represent Virtelle Hospitality professionally in community-related activities
- Drive improvement in guest satisfaction through collaboration with colleagues
- Provide coaching feedback and training to team members
- Ensure a safe and secure environment in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
- Act as manager on duty in the absence of the General Manager
- Contribute to accurate employee records through detailed documentation of HR events
- Assist in recruitment hiring coaching and counseling of hotel team members
- Work with the General Manager on annual budgeting items
