Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Commitment to upholding company culture and service standards
  • Availability to act as manager on duty when needed

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management
  • Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy
  • Previous experience with full-service hotels and related systems preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with the General Manager and department managers to achieve company and hotel goals
  • Oversee all hotel departments ensuring operational excellence and commitment to Virtelle's culture
  • Contribute creative approaches to achieving common goals through teamwork
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance for all department members
  • Represent Virtelle Hospitality professionally in community-related activities
  • Drive improvement in guest satisfaction through collaboration with colleagues
  • Provide coaching feedback and training to team members
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements
  • Act as manager on duty in the absence of the General Manager
  • Contribute to accurate employee records through detailed documentation of HR events
  • Assist in recruitment hiring coaching and counseling of hotel team members
  • Work with the General Manager on annual budgeting items
