Job Requirements

  • preferably three years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and computer operations
  • ability to manage and direct others
  • passion for training and developing team members
  • effective communication skills
