Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
At least 1 year experience leading, motivating, or developing others or US military service
Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace

Job Duties

Lead important internal functions including employee training, food safety, and inventory management
Delegate tasks to team members and report results
Support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in kitchen, people, and service areas
Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items in the kitchen
Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff training and organizing key service areas
Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
