Job Requirements

One year certificate from college or technical school
three to six months related experience and or training
Serve-Safe certification
attendance at Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
knowledge of company's operating systems and procedures
knowledge of company policies related to job responsibilities
knowledge of supervisory practices
knowledge of crew orientation and training programs
knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws

Job Qualifications

One year certificate from college or technical school
three to six months related experience and or training
knowledge of company operating systems and procedures
understanding of supervisory practices
ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
ability to write routine reports and correspondence
ability to speak effectively before groups
ability to perform basic mathematical computations
problem-solving skills
must be Serve-Safe certified
attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
