Job Requirements
- One year certificate from college or technical school
- three to six months related experience and or training
- Serve-Safe certification
- attendance at Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
- knowledge of company's operating systems and procedures
- knowledge of company policies related to job responsibilities
- knowledge of supervisory practices
- knowledge of crew orientation and training programs
- knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
Job Qualifications

- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- ability to speak effectively before groups
- ability to perform basic mathematical computations

- must be Serve-Safe certified
- attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in managing restaurant operations
- execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
- participate in achievement of store objectives
- ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws
- maintain ethical business practices
- participate in crew orientation and training programs
- solve practical problems and address operational challenges
