Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • one to three months of related experience and/or training
  • ability to read, write, and speak effectively
  • ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • problem-solving skills
  • physical ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, crouch, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform varied physical tasks
  • willingness to work 40 regular hours plus 10 hours overtime
  • ability to work shifts including evenings and weekends
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • ability to maintain required driver’s insurance
  • exposure to high heat and cooking materials
  • ability to work in fast food conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to build and lead effective teams
  • proficiency in reading and interpreting safety and operating instructions
  • ability to prepare routine reports and correspondence

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and supervision to the restaurant team

  • implement operational standards and strategic plans
