Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year experience in quick service hospitality
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Flexibility to work 50 hours per week with rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Consent to background screening including criminal, driving and drug screening
  • Possess all documents required by state and federal law
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills

Job Duties

  • Provide direction and training to the restaurant team
  • Ensure customer expectations are exceeded during every shift
  • Achieve business goals consistently for each shift
  • Develop and mentor Crew and Shift Supervisors to build bench strength
  • Maintain a positive and team-oriented atmosphere
  • Operate the restaurant according to high energy and high standards
  • Assist with day-to-day business management and problem solving
  • Enforce policies and maintain compliance with company standards
