Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in quick service hospitality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to work 50 hours per week with rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Consent to background screening including criminal, driving and drug screening
- Possess all documents required by state and federal law
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively in a dynamic environment
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills

Job Duties
- Provide direction and training to the restaurant team
- Ensure customer expectations are exceeded during every shift
- Achieve business goals consistently for each shift
- Develop and mentor Crew and Shift Supervisors to build bench strength
- Maintain a positive and team-oriented atmosphere
- Operate the restaurant according to high energy and high standards
- Assist with day-to-day business management and problem solving
- Enforce policies and maintain compliance with company standards
