Job Requirements
- one year certificate from college or technical school
- three to six months related experience and/or training
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- ability to speak effectively before groups
- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- ability to solve practical problems and deal with limited standardization
- ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- serve-safe certification
- attend Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion

Job Duties
- assist the General Manager in managing restaurant operations and staff
- execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- participate in achievement of store objectives
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- uphold ethical business practices
- supervise crew orientation and training programs
- maintain store cleanliness and food quality standards
