Job Requirements
- At least two years of hospitality experience
- Ability to work full-time
- Fluent in English
- Ability to commute to Frankfort, KY
- Leadership experience of at least one year
- Availability to work flexible schedules
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of prior hotel experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience required may vary based on size and complexity of operation
- Must speak fluent English
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple operational departments
- Knowledge of budget management and financial forecasting
- Familiarity with hospitality software and brand standards
Job Duties
- Assist in leading, directing and managing all hotel operations including hotel budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, managing balanced scorecard performances, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, responding to guest inquiries and resolving guest concerns and complaints, complying with all company policies and brand standards
- Assist General Manager in recruiting, hiring, supervising, training, coaching, counseling and recognizing and rewarding staff
- Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, brand standard compliance and service and financial measurement
- Assist in identifying gaps in operational and productivity performances
- Serve and act as General Manager in their absence
