- Prior management or leadership experience in service or retail is a plus
Job Duties
- Leading by example on the floor and behind the chair
- Supporting the General Manager with team development, training, and daily operations
- Tracking key performance indicators, driving membership sales, and boosting client retention
- Handling accountability, coaching, and conducting tough conversations
- Maintaining culture, cleanliness, consistency, and core values
- Filling in for the General Manager during absences and ensuring smooth operations
- Upholding high standards and promoting a positive work environment
