  • Proven experience as a hairstylist or barber
  • Ability to lead a team effectively
  • Results-driven with experience in meeting goals and metrics
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to engage in coaching and accountability conversations
  • Commitment to upholding company culture and core values

Job Qualifications

  • Is a hairstylist or barber
  • Demonstrated leadership or team management skills
  • Experience with tracking and achieving sales goals and KPIs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to coach and provide constructive feedback
  • Understanding of customer service excellence and client retention strategies
  • Prior management or leadership experience in service or retail is a plus

Job Duties

  • Leading by example on the floor and behind the chair
  • Supporting the General Manager with team development, training, and daily operations
  • Tracking key performance indicators, driving membership sales, and boosting client retention
  • Handling accountability, coaching, and conducting tough conversations
  • Maintaining culture, cleanliness, consistency, and core values
  • Filling in for the General Manager during absences and ensuring smooth operations
  • Upholding high standards and promoting a positive work environment
