This establishment is expanding with a new location in Houston, Texas, and is currently in a phase of transition and growth. Until the Houston location is launched, the selected candidate for the role will train at the existing Austin or Dallas, Texas sites. Job Requirements

  • Experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role
  • Knowledge of health safety food handling and hygiene standards
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to handle customer complaints diplomatically
  • Availability to train in Austin or Dallas TX until Houston location opens

Job Duties

  • Supervises food preparation ensuring compliance with health safety food handling and hygiene standards
  • Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience
  • Handles customer complaints resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner
  • Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations
  • Estimates food and beverage costs
  • Manages inventory and purchases food and supplies
  • Conducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health safety food handling and hygiene standards
  • Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance schedules service
  • Maintains sales records and tracks cash receipts
  • Prepares and submits operations reports and other documentation requested by the company leadership
  • Performs other duties as assigned
