The position of Senior Lead Bartender is a pivotal role in this vibrant setting, tasked with leading and developing a skilled team to execute outstanding product quality and customer service. The Senior Lead Bartender acts as a mentor and coach, overseeing the performance and development of crew members and team leaders to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing daily operations, delegating tasks, providing follow-up, and holding team members accountable to high standards. This includes training and coaching staff, contributing to recruitment efforts, and ensuring that customer service is consistently fast, friendly, and accurate.

Additionally, the Senior Lead Bartender addresses customer issues with professionalism, measures customer satisfaction, and implements plans to enhance both satisfaction and loyalty. The role extends to overseeing the ambiance and logistics of the venue, ensuring customers are greeted, seated, and served within reasonable timeframes, maintaining cleanliness, security, and compliance with health standards. Financial stewardship is also a critical component, as the Senior Lead Bartender manages the cost of goods, controls inventory variances, and implements appropriate inventory and ordering systems. Effective scheduling and staffing are essential to balance labor costs with service quality, while proper cash handling and deposit procedures must be rigorously followed. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • minimum 1 year of customer service experience

  • Able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the store effectively, including weekends and closing shifts as needed
