Job Duties
- Manage shift managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants
- Partner with general manager to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Focus on guest-related metrics and engagement
- Uphold labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
- Champion training and development of team members
- Maintain safety and security systems and procedures
- Support continuous learning and operational excellence
