  • Preferably have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • Have general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Understand responsible alcohol service
  • Can manage and direct the work of others
  • Have a passion for training and developing your team

Job Duties

  • Manage shift managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants
  • Partner with general manager to ensure efficient restaurant operations
  • Focus on guest-related metrics and engagement
  • Uphold labor laws, health codes, and food safety standards
  • Champion training and development of team members
  • Maintain safety and security systems and procedures
  • Support continuous learning and operational excellence
