Job Duties
- support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
- direct daily operations in the absence of the General Manager
- staff the restaurant timely and efficiently
- ensure a safe environment for team members and guests
- create a culture of respect, recognition, and reward
- maintain an outgoing and positive attitude when dealing with guests
- greet guests promptly
- handle orders and inquiries professionally
- ensure quality product and quick service
- notify General Manager of guest issues
- resolve low level complaints efficiently
- control cash, property, product, and equipment
- build sales and control labor and food costs
- maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance issues
- ensure the team is coached, mentored, and developed
- ensure compliance with risk management standards
- collaborate with the Restaurant Support Center
- perform other duties as assigned
