Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience

Job Duties

  • support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
  • direct daily operations in the absence of the General Manager
  • staff the restaurant timely and efficiently
  • ensure a safe environment for team members and guests
  • create a culture of respect, recognition, and reward
  • maintain an outgoing and positive attitude when dealing with guests
  • greet guests promptly
  • handle orders and inquiries professionally
  • ensure quality product and quick service
  • notify General Manager of guest issues
  • resolve low level complaints efficiently
  • control cash, property, product, and equipment
  • build sales and control labor and food costs
  • maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance issues
  • ensure the team is coached, mentored, and developed
  • ensure compliance with risk management standards
  • collaborate with the Restaurant Support Center
  • perform other duties as assigned
